Do you know a lot of phrases and licks? Do you sometimes get frustrated because you can't seem to connect them when you play solos? Then you have the same challenge I did. I tried to figure out what I had to do to be able to play more fluently, but the only answer I got from people was "just practice a lot and it will all come together" While this is true, it is also the most inefficient way to get to where you want to go.

Imagine if you got the same answer if you asked someone how to play football "Just play it a lot" of course that's part of the answer but there are always specific things you can do to get results faster!
